Learning and Development
From day one, we'll give you all the training, tools and resources that you'll need to be successful in your role. This will allow you to grow and develop in your role and discover a true career path that could lead anywhere from apprentice jewellery craftsmanship, to sales, to leadership, to any of our corporate functions!
We support our team across all functions of the business: Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, and in all Corporate roles to achieve greatness. We invest in building leadership capabilities, and team members grow in their roles through our apprenticeship in internship programs as well as our in-house talent pathways. Team members grow in their roles through a blend of online learning, face to face workshops, on the job activities and consistent coaching and feedback to ensure that all learning can be embedded daily.
